Nishta is a Croatian word that means ‘Nothing’, nishta is also a new restaurant located in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The concept of the restaurant is refreshing and it is different from others restaurants in town and the region because it serves vegetarian dishes with glutten-free and vegan options available.

The restaurant is run by a couple from a Switzerland that firstly opened a Smutti Bar, drinks made from fresh fruit and vegetables. That business was successful and encourages them further to open a first vegetarian restaurant in Dubrovnik.
