Local Buses

Buses run into town every 15-20 minutes from the main bus station at Gruz. The bus station is a 5-10 min walk from the port, however there is also a bus stop on the main road outside the port gates. You can buy tickets on the bus with Kuna (10k one way) Take bus No 1a or 1b for the old town and get off at the Pile Gate.

Taxis

Taxis can be found in the port area but are usually cheaper outside of the port gates. It cost approximately 10 euro into the old town

Walking

It is possible to walk along the coast to the Old Town and it takes approx half an hour depending on your fitness!
A Taxi will take approx 15 minutes.

If you want any help or advice  there is a tourist information office situated at the Port and there is another next to St Blaise Church in the old town.
