Parking

Hey! I am coming to Dubrovnik in around a week and am trying to decide whether I should have a car... I am staying in Mlini but I wanted to be able to drive into the old town and I heard that a new car park got built which sounds great as I know parking can be an issue from my research! Does any one know how much it costs to park in this new car park? I really don't want to get a car and then find I can't park it or it costs an arm and a leg!! Thanks!!
