Kolocep Villa is a beautifully located house situated overlooking the stunning bay of Donje Čelo, on the island of Kolocep. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature and peaceful surrounding of the island. One large sandy beach and several small pebbly beaches are all within short walking distance from the house, as well as a restaurant serving local specialties and a café bar overlooking the bay. The house is located a short walk up the hill, 150 meters from the sea.

The house itself is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, located in the middle of the village. It was completely renovated with natural materials - stone and wood. It has three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, spacious living room, "connected" with terraceand a large garden.

Kolocep is one of the Elafiti Islands which lie just off the Dubrovnik Riviera and which are well known locally for their beautiful bays and mill-pond water, perfect for swimming and kayaking. It boasts a car free environment, so if you're after peace and tranquility, in a quintessentially Croatian location, this is the place for you!
